Saw Palmetto (Serenoa serrulata)

This herb originates from the West Indies and North America where the Native Americans used it to treat male urinary tract disorders as well as boost sperm production and libido. Usage is supported by various international urology associations including the Canadian and American Urological Associations.

It has traditionally been used to relieve symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate and aid hair growth (androgenic alopecia).

May increase risk of bleeding in those at risk
