If you have a problem...

We try our hardest to offer a great service to all our customers, should you feel dissatisfied with our service please contact us right away. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days of receipt. After a full investigation you will receive a response within 10 working days from acknowledgement.

If you experience any side effect or severe reactions to any of our treatments, contact us immediately or seek medical advice.
